Miroshnichenko O.Y., while in Kharkiv, disseminated information about the movement and location of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations established in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, their identification on the ground in Kharkiv. This information was not published in open access by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, or other authorized state bodies.
