From February 24, 2022, to mid-April 2022, units of a private military company of the Russian Federation, led by Commander "Phoenix," and a unit of the private military company "Wagner" of the Russian Federation, led by Commander "Harder," were stationed in the temporarily occupied city of Vovchansk, Kharkiv region. He collaborated with them and carried out their tasks, collecting funds from farming enterprises in exchange for allowing them to continue their agricultural activities.Additional photos
