From June 23, 2022, to September 15, 2022, using the "Telegram" application on a personal mobile phone, disseminated information in pro-Russian Telegram groups about the movement of military equipment and personnel of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the territories of Mirnograd, Pokrovsk, and the Pokrovsk District of Donetsk region.
