No later than February 5, 2023, using the "Telegram" application on a personal mobile phone, information was disseminated in a Telegram chat about the movements, maneuvers, and locations of the Ukrainian Armed Forces with the possibility of their identification on the ground in the area of the town of Kupiansk, Kharkiv region.
