Kartamyshev, with terrorist intentions regarding encroachment on Ukraine’s territorial integrity, supporting the military aggression and political leadership of the Russian Federation in its armed attack on Ukraine, committed a series of intentional actions providing assistance to participants of the terrorist organization "DNR," which carried out terrorist acts, recruited individuals for terrorist activities, and used Ukrainian territory for preparing or committing terrorist acts or crimes with a terrorist intent.
