On March 30, 2022, between 21:47 and 21:54, while in the city of Sloviansk, Donetsk region, using the "Telegram" app on a personal mobile phone, information was disseminated in Telegram channels about the location of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, including their location with the possibility of identifying them on the ground.
