At the end of December 2018, while in the territory of Donetsk, Donetsk region, not controlled by Ukrainian authorities, Valukhov A.L. developed an intent to participate in the activities of the terrorist organization known as the "DNR" as part of its illegal armed formations. Arriving at the headquarters of the OSH "Somali," military unit 08828, after an interview with the commander of the 2nd company of the OSH "Somali," he received consent to join the unit. On December 29, 2018, Valukhov A.L. signed a two-year contract for military service in the OSH "Somali" as a rifleman. He received the pseudo-military rank of "private" and personal weapons, and from December 29, 2018, to the end of 2020, participated in the OSH "Somali" according to the duties assigned to him.
