Halak, having reliable information that since 24.02.2022 the Russian Federation, namely the units of the military formations of the Russian Federation, has carried out a large-scale invasion of the territory of the sovereign state of Ukraine and realizing that actions are being taken to change the territory of of Ukraine in violation of the procedure established by the Constitution of Ukraine, at least since 09. 03.2022 during the period of martial law, deliberately decided to go on the enemy's side, namely the side of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, in order to commit actions to the detriment of the sovereignty, territorial integrity and inviolability, as well as defense capabilities, state and information security of Ukraine, which he committed at least until 10.11.2022.
