From 2022 to 10.10.2022, Fomich and his accomplice Golomb, being in the city of Chasiv-Yar, Bakhmut district, Donetsk region, having pro-Russian views, not perceiving the state power of Ukraine, reliably realizing the fact of the military invasion of the Russian Federation into the territory of Ukraine and the imposition of martial law in this regard, acting intentionally, voluntarily, with the aim of harming the national security of Ukraine, decided to contribute to the aggression of the Russian Federation by collecting and further transmitting to representatives of the military formations of the aggressor state information on the location of ammunition depots, deployment and movement of equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Donetsk region, having entered into a criminal conspiracy and agreed in advance to commit the said criminal offense.
