No later than June 14, 2023, acting intentionally, driven by selfish and ideological motives, fully aware of the unlawfulness of her actions and desiring negative consequences, contrary to the current legislation of Ukraine, while staying in the temporarily occupied territory of the Russian Federation, namely in Stulneve village, Chernihiv Hromada, Berdyansk District, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, Psol accepted the proposal from individuals representing the occupation authorities and voluntarily took the position in an illegal authority as the secretary of the "precinct election commission of the Chernihiv electoral district". Subsequently, from September 1, 2023, to September 10, 2023, she voluntarily took an active part in organizing and conducting public political events in cooperation with the occupation administration in support of the aggressor state, the Russian Federation, in her aforementioned position.
