Yurii Kirieiev

During his military service with the rank of "Major" in the position of Deputy Commander for personnel work of the 3rd Aviation Squadron of the 7th Tactical Aviation Brigade named after P. Franko of the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, while in the cities of Starokostiantyniv in Khmelnytskyi region and Myrhorod in Poltava region, he committed treason in the form of espionage and provided assistance to representatives of a foreign state in conducting subversive activities against Ukraine. This was done through the preparation, planning, and attempted execution of their criminal task to seize a military aircraft of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and fly it to the territory of the Russian Federation or to the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
