From April 8, 2022, to June 12, 2022, using the "Telegram" application, he established contact with a representative of the Russian Federation - the head of the operational department group of military unit 09920-3 and provided him with information about the deployment of Ukrainian Armed Forces and other military formations in the city of Mykolaiv. Furthermore, from May 12, 2022, to June 11, 2022, he continued assisting the head of the operational department group of military unit 09920-3 by undertaking a series of measures aimed at undermining the territorial integrity and administrative borders of Ukraine. Additionally, continuing to assist the aforementioned person, he undertook a series of measures aimed at organizing and establishing the so-called "Mykolaiv People's Republic" in the city of Mykolaiv. Moreover, he received a document from the aforementioned person via email, containing materials justifying and endorsing the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
